Please read the following Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: How do I make a purchase from your online shop?

A: To make a purchase from the webshop or to join a preorder, you first need to register/ make an account through the registration button and follow the indications.

Once the account is created you will be able to buy the stock/preorder items and pay using Paypal.

Q: Do you accept custom commissions?

A: Not anymore, sorry. Basically don't have enough time for now.

Q: Faceup Information

A: Please understand that ordering a faceup will add to the wait time of your order.
I paint the dolls myself and they are really tiny, especially Momonita. I take great care in painting and sealing and this can add up to 30 extra working waiting days.

Dolls by default are blank, but there will be a list of faceups you can choose and purchase from. Adding freckles, beauty marks or painted teeth would be at no extra cost.

Please note that each doll will be painted by hand so they might not look exactly the same as the sample pictures.

Q: What art materials do you use for your faceups?

A: I use mixed media for my faceups: Liquitex Acrylics, Staedtler Karat Aquarelle pencils, Rembrandt soft pastels, Mr.Color gloss, Pearl Ex pigments and Liquitex sealants.

Please note that faceups are not permanent, they are delicate and need to be handled with care.

Q: Will you copy another faceup artists work or style?

A: Be understanding that I have my own style and that I won't reproduce/copy other styles.
If you want a custom faceup, collaborations with talented faceup artists are usually offered, please refer to each individual preorder for more information.

Q: What kind of packaging do you use?

A: Every order is delicately and safely packaged to avoid missing any items.

Products come inside a sealed cello bag, bubble wrapped and sealed again, all inside a sealed resistant kraft paper box/envelope.
