How the Preorder works

When the preorder is open, dolls are available for purchase/reservation for a fixed period of time.

All orders will go into production after the preorder has ended. The process takes a minimum of 5-7 months before the order is completed and send to me.

Production time could be extended by difficulties or customs.

The dolls are all manufactured on demand and order cancellation is not possible after the preorder is closed.

Payment can be made only by PayPal (with an account or credit card).

When the dolls arrive they’re revised by me, packed and sent to you. Once your order it is shipped: this frame of time is out of Atelier Momoni + control, not our responsibility.

How to use Lay-away

From now on the method used for partial payments will be managed through Paypal pay in 3. PayPal system will notify you personally when your next installment are due. You can also read the details by logging into your account.

The email is sent automatically by the shop so please check your spam folder just in case it gets caught by it.

Please log into your account > order history > your order.

First you will need to create an account or log in, if you create an account after choosing Lay-away you will probably get an error and will need to empty your cart and start again.

In the checkout you will find available 3 month (90 days) layaway option. These payments are free of extra charges, and are available for any doll order amount.

Once the first installment is completed the next installments are one each following month.

Beware: the payments are final and non refundable in case of order cancellation.

Faceup Option

Please understand that ordering a faceup will add to the wait time of your order, up to 30 extra waiting days.

Dolls by default are blank, but you can choose basic faceup factory-made to add to your order.  Modifications in the basic faceup cannot be done.

I am discontinuing my own faceup services for my dolls for now, but collaborations will faceup artist will be offered.

Hopefully when I’m recovered I will offer some slots for those who want faceups from me.

This won't affect the Limited Edition dolls or the dolls I bring to the events, they will be full custom by me.

Please note that each doll will be paint by hand so they might not look exactly the same as the sample pictures.

Box, Atelier Momoni + Twin handmade eyes (random color), cushion, certificate of authenticity and profile print will be included.

Faceup with Collaboration Artist

If you have selected a faceup with a *collaboration artist*, once the doll arrives it will be sent to the artist you have chosen.

The faceup artist will personally contact you with all the information and a price quote. 

The frame of time the face up artist will take to finish your faceup will add an extra wait time that is separate from the doll wait time. Once more, please understand this is not part of the doll preorder waiting time.

Once the artist is done, the faceplate will be shipped back to me and finally the entire doll will be shipped to you.

Shipping

Shipping fee is calculated by the total weight of your order and your location. It will be specified in the check out step 6 when you place an order.

The shipping method is by Registered Airmail (firm) with online tracking available for most of the countries at the Correos website.

- International shipping takes around 10-20 working days. Sometimes it can be delayed by the customs of your country.

- Inside EU shipping takes around 7-10 working days.

Some countries may take a bit more time. Please account for any customs delays. Also please be sure to claim your goods at the postal office.

In case the order is returned to Atelier Momoni + you will have to cover again for the shipping fee for your order.
